The ICE at Discovery Green provides a fun and festive recreational activity for the whole family throughout the holiday season - and beyond! Open November 16, 2018 through January 27, 2019.

The ice rink may be closed at times due to weather such as heat, lightning or rain. On very warm days, the rink may open later than scheduled or may carry a layer of moisture.

Mondays - Friday: 5 PM - 10 PM
Saturdays: 11 AM - 11 PM
Sundays: 11 AM - 8 PM
Holidays: 11 AM - 11 PM

December: 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31
January: 1, 2, 3, 4, 21
Special Dates:
Thanksgiving Day (November 22): 11 AM - 11 PM
Christmas Eve (December 24): 11 AM - 7 PM
New Year's Eve (December 31): 11 AM - 7PM
Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year's Day (January 1): 1 PM - 8 PM
Martin Luther King Day (January 21): 11 AM - 10 PM
Your ticket and wristband are valid for 90 minutes.

If your online tickets are sold out, can I still purchase tickets at the rink?
Yes.
When can I come skate?
Your ticket is valid at any time during operating hours on your selected date. We do not have set ice skating sessions. Come and skate at your leisure!
Do you have lockers? Where do I put my belongings?
Yes we do! Lockers are $2 each.
Can I use my ticket on a different day?
Under special circumstance, we may allow you to transfer your online ticket to another day. Please contact the Venue Manager for more information.
What should I wear to go ice skating?
We only require socks, but we recommend long socks, long pants that cover your knees, gloves, and a hat. In case you forget, socks and gloves are available for purchase at the skating rink!
Are there any age restrictions?
There is no age restriction, our motto is "if you can walk, you can skate". We require that anyone under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult. PLEASE NOTE: PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CARRY THEIR CHILDREN WHILE SKATING.
Can I wear my shoes on the ice?
No; ice skates are required while on the ice surface.
