The farm-to-table concept is at the core of our menu. We use local farmers, growers and purveyors whenever possible to ensure that everything you consume at our table is not only satisfying, but wholesome with respect to freshness and quality. Our chickens are grown and processed right down the street by a source we know and trust. The fruits and vegetables you see featured on our chalkboards come from farmers right here in our community.
