I had the pleasure of being their first customer on opening day in 1986. Working on a project at the school across the street with three other gentlemen from Chicago! We were greeted by this elegantly dressed Japanese Lady who informed us that they were noT open until 11 am for lunch. But she informed up that the Sushi Bar was open upstairs! Met Mr. Yoshida and we starting on what turned into four-hour lunch! I have been a regular customer until the present day! Four Generations of our family dine there regularly!! The best Japanese cuisine outside of Japan!!
Pros: Over the 34 years, we have developed a great friendship with the family!!
Cons: This new location has a small parking lot, but you learn how to work it to your advantage when you become a regular customer
Great facility. They have a great selection to choose from.
Pros: Clean, and comfortable
Cons: Not open 24 hours.
Delfino delivered an excellent experience. I enjoyed him not being another fast talker. He genuinely thinks prior to responding. I had a big job, and called multiple providers from Sugar Land, Memorial, Houston, and Cypress. I asked each sales person if I would see them when the pine cutting, crepe myrtle trimming, spring cherry blossom pruning, ash removal, and oak stump grinding work was performed, and if they'd be on site until the work was complete. Delfino was the only one who was able to confidently and calmly say, Yes, he would be supervising the crew and on my property on the day of the job. He wasn't the least expensive, however was far from the most costly. From my personal experience, it appears the group who had the lowest price was not willing to provide me any proof of insurance. I'm glad we chose Aldine Tree services Houston stump grinding. Delfino has come back since, and we typically ask him to come out two or more times each year to perform maintenance services. He's quite reliable, and genuinely nice, polite and cordial.
Pros: Not pushy, friendly, timely, clean
Cons: Honestly, I can't think of any. It continues to be a great experience.
Hard Rock is always good, and always pretty consistant! When I travel to different cities, I almost always stop by HR Houston is great!
Houston FUN PLEX is a super fun spot to take your young kids! I babysat some of my cousins and brought them here twice! they had the best time.
The Houston Zoo has so many animals that any family would love to check out! If you have young kids, they'll also love the Houston Zoo!
One of the best restaurants in Houston that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
One of the best barbecue restaurants in Houston! Definitely some of the best ribs and bbq in Houston
Creative small plates with an enormous number of spirits and classic cocktails.
Really knowledgable and friendly staff and they have soooo many different beers.
This place has the cutest atmosphere and I feel so bougie while I'm sipping on a cocktail at the bar!
An absolute legend in the Houston area. If you've ever wondered what a steakhouse would be like with a waterfall inside, you can find out at Brenner's. I recommend the Akuashi Strip. Not only is it one of my favorite cuts but the breed is one of the most tender and sublime I've ever tried.
Relaxed BBQ joint that is anything but casual on quality. I'm a sucker for the rib sandwich, but the Ravens Bowl and the brisket are also top-notch.
