Il Sapore Italiano: The Art of Making Ravioli
Join us for Il Sapore Italiano, a series of cooking classes aimed to promote the Italian traditions in which participants will have a hands-on culinary experience preparing authentic and delicious Italian dishes.
We will be learning to make ravioli dough by hand and rolling the dough to be cut into pieces. You'll also fill your ravioli and cook it that evening to enjoy!
