Free Inter-Active Egoscue Workshop
Pain can easily be treated if the body is permitted to do it's work. Come and learn how the human body is designed to remain pain-free if given the basic tools it needs

Come and join us for an inter-active pain free workshop, where you will learn about the proven 9-step process anyone can follow to achieve a pain free and active life, regardless of age or previous circumstances. Bring your friends and family members and come dressed to do some e-cises and to have fun. The workshop is interactive and participants are encouraged to ask questions, answer questions and make comments in a fun friendly warm environment. We will even have a few fun prizes to give away.

Kristina is an Advanced Exercise Therapist and Certified Egoscue Instructor through the Egoscue University. With a BA in Business Management from Le Tourneau University, she also is a certified Personal Trainer through Baylor Sports and Medicine Institute. Originally from Charlottesville, VA, Kristina now considers Houston to be her home.
Hearing about Egoscue originally from her Orthopedic Surgeon four years ago, Kristina quickly fell in love with The Method and the rest is history! After 3 long years of hard work, she finally opened the first Egoscue clinic
