We are here to bring real Texas pit barbecue to Houston. After moving back from living in Austin Texas, spending many days in the hill country, I found that Houston was lacking in real, good, barbecue. I started smoking meat in my back yard on my days off and began giving it out to friends and family. People kept asking for more. I have now decided to turn my passion and hobby into a business and try to provide Houston with the most authentic pit barbecue around.
