He believes in the Mediterranean Diet and his Restaurant is a fine expression of this authentic Italian eating philosophy. ​ Perbacco is truly a rare gem found right in the heart of the theater district in downtown Houston. They serve great authentic Italian food. Vittorio, the owner and chef is very friendly and accommodating. ​He will modify any of the menu items and fix anything you want as long as he has the ingredients.
