Description

Established in 1967 Capt. Benny's are family owned and operated seafood restaurants dating back to 1967. The original restaurants were a mere boat shaped oyster bar serving up a limited menu of freshly shucked oysters, gumbo, boiled shrimp, fried catfish, shrimp and oysters. The concept has since evolved into a slightly larger menu with more seating but those are about the only changes made in 45 years. We still use the same family recipes, still shuck your oysters right in front of you in the boat shaped oyster bar and still provide a layed back family dining atmosphere.
