The Hawg Stop is owned and operated by Delmer and Sheila Barkley who can frequently be seen taking care of business and talking with customers. Delmer originally opened “Delmer’s Ice House” on Garrett Road in 1995. As the business grew, he set his sights on opening a larger venue, one that was more suited for larger crowds and events.
