Thomas Hutcheson Bass, born January 11, 1927 has served this community as a high school teacher, college professor, US Army Reserve Officer, State Representative, Harris County Commissioner from 1973-1985, Author of text books, and as a volunteer for numerous boards of area non-profit organizations.
