Beginning Stained Glass

Learn the stress relieving art of stained glass using the uniquely American copper foil method originally developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany. As you complete your colorful project (a finished window16" x 22"), you will have a newfound skill that will enable you to complete many other projects in the future. The instruction is very individualized. NOTE: Makeups and additional studio time are available. Each student will receive a minimum of 18 hours in the studio. Karen Bobetic is dedicated to the promotion of art glass through quality education for adults. She has been creating stained glass art since 1989 plus mosaics and fusing since 2002. Her works have been exhibited in the Art Center of Corpus Christi, the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft, and at galleries throughout Texas.
