Within the simple space of T'afia's brick-walled dining room, guests find themselves mesmerized by chef Monica Pope's culinary acumen. A proponent of local ingredients and of fresh, organic foodstuffs, she takes what's seasonal and best, transforming it into dishes like lamb curry, venison with whipped sweet potatoes, and salads laden with fruits, nuts, and local cheeses. If you become interested in the homegrown fare the restaurant serves, a farmer's market is available on weekends in the parking lot.
