Knife Skills Classes with Zwilling’s Chef Bernard + Casey Barbles
Improve your ability in the kitchen this fall by attending our HANDS-ON Knife Skills Class. Knowing how to use knives skillfully is the foundation of all cooking - and doesn't have to be scary or frustrating. Join us for a one-hour Knife Skills Class, where Chef Bernard from Zwilling JA Henckels will teach you proper knife techniques, covering everything from how to choose your knives to how to properly care for, protect and store them. Plus, Casey will be cooking alongside as well as helping with knife skills!
We will provide the knives for you to practice a variety of different cuts. You will come out of this class feeling much more confident in your knife skills!
