Join us for the most popular family-friendly event in Downtown Houston, Our annual Fall Festival and New Bike Parade on Saturday, September 28, 2019! The parade begins at 12:00 PM and will feature high school band, Royal Rangers, local businesses, classic cars, dance troupes and so much more.
