4th of July is here. Time to celebrate our Independence and America's Birthday. Houstonians love going Downtown for this event. Come Downtown and celebrate with fellow Houstonians.
There will also be many activities and events throughout Downtown. We will gather information and put it together in an easy to read format. All of that will be done for FREE. That information will be sent out to our mailing list and posted to our website and social media. Let us know that you are interested in going. Please consider telling one friend who would love this.
Please email us things you want to see at this event. We plan to make this a yearly event which will get better every year. So your feedback is crucial. Downtown Houston is well on it's way to becoming the true cultural heart of the city. Houston deserves a party like this. This will only happen with your continued support and enthusiasm. PARKING: Due to Hurricane Harvey, many of the garages downtown are not available. Please consider taking the MetroRail, Uber, Lyft, Taxi or using PARK & RIDE for the celebration. Please look for emergency no parking signs before parking. Cars will be towed for security purposes. If you drive downtown, please use this website to locate a garage:www.downtownhoustonparking.org.
ATTIRE: This is Independence Day. Please dress accordingly. This is a chance to dress up In the spirit of the holiday. Many locations will have a dress cod
