Please join us for a Thanksgiving & Holiday health food tasting! We will be giving samples of some very delish and totally Ideal Protein Phase 1 protocol food for the upcoming holidays. We will also feature amazing oils, infused with herbs and spices in our cooking to help make our dishes pop!
Please feel free to bring your family and freinds to taste! We are asking for a small cover charge to cover the cost of the food! There will be give aways and you'll be getting all the recipes at the event!
