New Year, New You: Reasons You Need a Detox!
After spending the past month enjoying one-too-many cookies, peppermint mochas, and spiked eggnogs, eliminating the last year’s dietary sins seems like the perfect start. As the new year approaches, your social media and emails will become flooded with fad diets and detox gimmicks that promise a gorgeous bod and endless energy. But do any of them actually work? There are multiple approaches to detoxing the body, however the simple truth we often overlook is that radiant health starts with what you eat and how well you are utilizing what you eat.  While starting the new year off with a clean system is great, it is important to make sure that your digestive tract is in good enough shape to handle the removal of toxins after months of overindulgences.
Join us Thursday, January 3rd, to hear from board certified dietitian Amy Rawls about Transformation’s clinically tested Thrive in 63 program that will give your liver and digestive system the much needed rest and rejuvenation they deserve. Register today!
