Join us for our 4th International Day of Yoga Festival. As part of the world celebration of Yoga, we are organizing a FREE conference for all ages and levels.

Theme: YOGA for WARRIORS
Calling all warriros in life!
Start the day off with us and 'Walk with a Waririor'; honoring the men and women who serve our country and protect our communities, this is an opportunity to walk together and share our gratitutde for their service.
Then, exploore a full day of FREE yoga classes, mindfulness classes, wellness lectures, workshops, and kids activities. Wrap up the day with our fun and interactive outdoor yoga class by Mobile OM, and A music and Festival of Colors finale!
CONFERENCE OVERVIEW:
Yoga & Mindfulness Classes: More than 50 classes in 7 rooms; kids classes/activities (ages 6-12)
Yoga Immersion Workshop (all-day): Wheteher you are new to yoga or want to explore all eight-limbs of yoga, sign up for this yoga lifestyle intensive workshop, and start living your yoga everyday.
Lectures and Workshops: Want to learn more about how yoga and mindfulness is good for your well-being? Learn from some experts about: Yoga for Stress-management, Diabetes, Chakras, The Science of Yoga and more...

Music & Festival of Colors
Bring the kids and have them experience the joys of learning about yoga, while you can take part in the festival, worry-free. Come enjoy the day along the beautiful riverwalk and enjoy visiting our health and wellness expo at Plaza Mexico and at the Grotto area, come meet some of the area's top Yoga studios, and wellness coaches, and check out our henna, jewelry and arts and crafts vendors.
Make it a "Green / Eco-friendly" yoga event and please bring your own reusable water bottle, bag and yoga mat.
