Join Yoga teacher and board-certified wellness coach Kimberly Pearson of Goat Yoga Texas, Houston's top-rated Goat Yoga, to experience unconditional love, health, and vitality under the beautiful Texas sky as we take our Yoga practice to the next level.... WITH A HERD OF CUDDLY MINIATURE GOATS!
Be sure to take time for yourself, get outside, spend time in nature, and explore the one-of-a-kind farmer's market at our new location at Victoria's Natural Market near Mueschke Rd. and Grand Parkway/99 in the Northwest Houston-Cypress area!
Our classes feature 45 minutes of all-level Yoga led by certified Yoga teacher and Health Coach Kimberly Pearson, followed by 30 minutes of photos, free time, and little goat snuggles.
Please, bring a Yoga mat or a large beach towel (we cannot provide rental or loaner mats due to hygiene and safety reasons).
After you register for class, please keep an eye out for our class email that we send the morning of your class that contains extra information and weather-related updates.
It is more important than ever that we stay connected to our hearts and each other. Let's open our heart spaces, take a deep breath, and take a moment to appreciate the struggles and triumphs that we have all experienced. We are considered an outdoor fitness activity, so masks are optional and dependent on the comfort level of each guest.
**THIS IS AN AGE-RESTRICTED EVENT**
Goat Yogis 12 and older are welcome to participate. Our future Goat Yogis who are 11 and younger can enjoy the goats during the 30 minutes after class with parental supervision.
