This coming Fourth of July Thursday, we are hosting a free workout for all at Vegvisir CrossFit in the Museum District. We will be doing the Hero Workout "Bradshaw."
Event Details
Every movement we do is scaleable. It doesn't matter if you have been working out since the dawn of time or decided to start today, you can come and get a great workout in.
Our facility is fully air conditioned so you do not need to worry about the Houston heat!
