The 2019 Houston Black Heritage Music & Arts Festival is a celebration of African American culture expressed through art, music, education, poetry, food, and community that will take place on November 16, 2019 at the Midtown Park.

Attendees will enjoy cultural festivities planted within themed Villages centered around empowerment, health & wellness, cultural Arts, and more. Proudly, this event aims to also pay homage to trailblazers in the community through our Black Heritage Honors program.
