The free, family-friendly concerts of Full Moon Fridays showcase some of the best music of the Gulf Coast.
Event Details
The series opens on Oct. 11 with a performance by Austin-born, Seattle-based guitarist and singer-songwriter Ian Moore, whose songs have been featured on American Idol and The Voice. Country, rock and Americana singer-songwriter Seth James opens.
Full Moon Fridays continue on Nov. 15 with the modern blues guitar-slinging diva Ana Popović. Bruce Springsteen described this Blues Music Awards nominee as “one helluva guitar player.” Snit’s Dog & Pony Show opens with their rock and roll, American roots sound.
Ska reggae legends The Skatalites close the series on Dec. 13 with their infectious brand of real Jamaican ska. Houston ska and dub band The Suspects opens.
Blankets, lawn chairs and picnics are welcome; food, beer and wine are available for purchase on site from the Lake House Café. No glass containers or outside alcoholic beverages are allowed.
