Event Details

Exhibit Booths consist of a 10? x 10? area with pipe and drape, a 8? x 30” table (2 for Corners), 2 chairs, tablecloth/skirting and two (2) Exhibitor badges per booth.
Up to 2 Extra Badges may be purchased per booth.

Exhibitor Refund Policy

Full refunds or credits are available until September 30, 2018.
50% refunds or credits are available until December 31, 2018.
50 % credits are available until February 28, 2019.
There are no refunds or credits after February 28, 2019.
Please contact the Vendor Relations at for all refund requests. 

Food Trucks

Refunds are available 30 days from payment (minus a 15% administrative fee).
Spots are non transferable.
Once all spots are filled, we will close the application process.
It is your responsibility to have all your paperwork current.
The Fire Marshal will be on site to check. If the Fire Marshal finds any problems, you will be asked to leave the spot without refund.
