Enjoy some light food including cheese and bread as a palate cleanser. Discuss ways to enjoy beer, identify flavors and aromas and the differences amoung the many styles of beer. James Wolfe is an award-winning home brewer and has been enjoying good beer since 2001. Throughout his travels he has tasted and critiqued over 1000 different beers.
