If you don't have time for the three-session class (4093), learn the basics of mixing, kneading, and baking great tasting bread. Discover what secrets artisan bread bakers around the world know. All handouts for the three-session class will be provided. The first hour will be for you only. The final three hours you will observe the final session of the three session class bake all the breads prepared in the first two sessions, plus place toppings and bake the pizza that we'll all share for dinner. NOTE: There are no refunds, credits or transfers after 24 hours prior to class. Thomas Haney is a classroom teacher by profession. He recently retired from full-time teaching and moved back to Houston to pursue another passion, bread baking. In addition to a master's in music, he graduated (with honors) with a culinary degree in baking and pastry, specializing in breads. He is an award-winning baker and has many enthusiastic customers.
