As a teaching chef Jamie Cunningham is often asked about working with dough. “I want to get my hands in it but where do I start?” In this class cover the spectrum of possibilities: cookie dough, crepes, pie crust, tart dough, yeast dough, pasta, and even choux pastry (cooked on the stove, molded and baked). NOTE: There may be cats present in the house. Jamie Cunningham graduated from the Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked in the food and beverage industry from 1985-2002. For three years she was a personal chef in Paris and Indonesia.
